The Edge 35 is a 90-watt LED bar that puts concentrated light where you aim it. Run it on its own over a reef or planted tank, or mount it to a Meridian to add light at the front and back of the tank.

Two ways to use it
On its own
Adjustable M6 bolts on top of the case let you hang the bar, or fit it to back of tank mounts or a T-track. Mounted 10 to 14 inches above the waterline, it covers 48 inches of length with up to 6 inches of front-to-back spread on the included optics.
With a Meridian
Edge Articulating Mounts attach the bar to the Meridian's front or rear track, so you can angle it in toward the rockwork or out toward the glass. For power, either run the Meridian and the bar together from a larger power supply with a daisy chain cable, or keep each light on its own supply, the same setup the Meridian 63 bundle uses.
Mounting hardware is sold separately, including hanging wires and Edge Articulating Mounts. Buying a Meridian too? The Meridian Edge Bar Bundles come with the mounts and power setup already worked out.
OpticsChoose your spread
The Ocular Holo Matrix optics concentrate the bar's output instead of scattering it. Edge OHM Focus ships installed. Edge OHM Balance trades some depth for a wider spread.

Choosing a spectrum

Reefer 14K
White, blue, and UV- A balanced spectrum of white, blue, and UV
- A natural look that benefits both corals and fish
- The only reef spectrum of the three that includes white LEDs
Choose this if you want a natural look that flatters fish as well as coral.
Also worth a look: Royal Ice or UV/Blue Hybrid, if you want more color.
Royal Ice
Royal blue and cool blue- A blend of royal blue and cool blue
- Tuned for maximum fluorescence and color pop
- No white LEDs, so it adds nothing white to whatever light it's paired with
Choose this if fluorescence and color pop are what you are after.
Also worth a look: Reefer 14K, if you would rather keep a natural look.
UV/Blue Hybrid
Royal blue, near-UV, violet, and indigo- A mix of royal blue, near-UV, violet, and indigo
- Chosen to enhance coral coloration and stimulate growth
- Balances against the extra white LEDs in the Meridian's Shallow Reef layout
Choose this if coloration and growth lead your priorities.

Freshwater
Neutral, warm, and cool white with cool blue- Optimized for aquatic plant growth
- A blend of 5.5K neutral white, 3.5K warm white, 7.5K cool white, and 465nm cool blue
Choose this if you are lighting a planted freshwater tank.

The ReefBreeders app
Two-channel control up to 100% output, with schedules and smooth sunrise and sunset ramps. Connect over 2.4GHz WiFi for cloud access from anywhere, or over Bluetooth straight from your phone. They are separate modes, so you choose one at setup. Switching later means resetting the bar with a magnet key.
The built-in controller
No phone needed. The controller built into the bar runs the whole light as a single channel, up to 75% output, with 8, 10, or 12 hour timers.
