Shipping Time-Frame

All in-stock orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If the item is not in stock at the time of order, the shipment time may be longer depending on the period of the back-order. Please contact us if you would like to request a more specific estimate, as our stock levels may vary by product.

Shipping Prices

Prices are calculated based on the items ordered and shipping service selected. Prices vary by destination and shipping service and are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Free Shipping

Free economy shipping is available for some items within the USA on orders of $149 or more. Free shipping does not apply to clearance and oversize items. Free shipping is contingent on keeping your order, and the cost of shipping will be deducted in the event of a return. 

Shipping Carriers and Transit Time

Reef Breeders LLC ships using all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and The US Post Office (USPS). The transit time varies based on the size of the box and the destination zone. All orders ship from our Rhode Island warehouse using the shipping service chosen at checkout. The Economy shipping option is sent using the provider of our choice. We will dispatch a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

International Shipments

We ship world-wide! Any shipment outside of the continental US is considered international, and may or may not incur additional shipping or customs charges, on a case by case basis. We ship world-wide using several major carriers, typically we use UPS WorldWide Expedited with a 2-5 Day delivery timeframe. Shipping prices include customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. 

Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Reef Breeders LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address, the order is considered fulfilled. If you require special delivery instructions or signature confirmation, you must contact us before placing your order.

Customers are solely responsible for the safe receipt of packages. In the rare event of a lost or stolen package, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but Reef Breeders LLC does not accept liability for such occurrences.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us through reefbreeders.com/pages/contact within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
