Description
The CoralBox DCA return pumps are an energy efficient and controllable solution for aquarium return pumps. They run on DC voltage and can be adjusted using the included controller to run as low as 10% power. There are 10 different output settings, which means you can adjust the pump to work with your tank- No valves required! The controller also has a built in feed mode and automatically ramps up to its programmed output when turning back on to eliminate splashing.
The DCA1,200 return pump has an output of 50-300gph and consumes 12watts from the wall at full power. The body of the pump including the input/output measures 3 5/8″ x 2 1/8″ x 3 1/4″ (LWH), 4 3/4″ L with strainer attached. This pump has a 1/2″ and 5/8″ barb output for vinyl tubing. The input is a male metric slip fitting, and the output is a male 1/2″ thread.
The New DCA Series includes a built in float switch for automatic shutoff in the case of an overflow. It also has 3 feed times built in, you can select 10, 20, or 30 minute feed times.
Every DCA pump can be controlled via a Neptune Apex VDM 0-10v port. You can purchase the necessary cable for VDM controller here.
